Orthodontist

Hi everyone,

Ive just been told in the last few days that my upper and lower jaw are mis-alligned, causing too much strain on 2 of my teeth, one of which may have cracked through the middle (im on loads of painkillers for it.....)

Im going to have to go and see an orthodontist on monday, but does anyone know what sort of prices i can expect to pay? im over 18, so the nhs wont cover it. chances are i am going to have to have braces, and just wanted a rough idea of what i am going to pay. whenever i look at orthodontists websites, they dont list any prices.

I'd imagine it's different for every case, you're probably best off making an appointment with your dentist and asking for a quote.
