I'm having monster problems getting ie8 to link to stylesheets offline, some it will link to, and some it won't, is there something I should know, or should I still be doing that meta trick to make it behave as ie7? Or have I got a glitch in my copy?

Go to Tools > Develepor Tools > Bowser Mode IE7 / Document Mode IE8

 

I dont seem to have that problem myself tho...
