Well there is a lot a don't like, so I just listed a few key points. Did you use software to generate the pages? Web Page Maker? Because visually it doesn't pass up as a professional e-commerce site, so I checked the meta tags. Anyways here are some specifics...regarding visuals.

1. Learn CSS

2. Less flash for ecommerce

3. Make better use of top red main menu items - site map? does this matter most?

4. Remove the google ads

5. Don't mix Times New Roman + Arial fonts - be consistent

6. Internal Site Search by Zoom - drags down the quality

7. Contact + Shipping page use both rounded / square edges for theinner piece - be consistent

My gut feeling is that you should learn CSS first, and see how much a difference it will make. After that, consider setting up an ecommerce cms on your host, eg: oscommerce, zencart, magento, et.., and either making or purchasing a custom template. You should be able to handle adding products yourself.

I agree with above comment but I appreciate the good effort on your current design ^^
