Hope everyone's having a good day. As I've nearlt finished a site for a client I thought it best to start a redesign of my portfolio site...

Just looking for opinions as only just started it. Also thinking that maybe a pattern background with a lighting effect or something instead of the white. Trying to work out how to add my blogger account into it.

 

And for some reason I ain't worked out the design goes belly up in Safari.

It looks good mate. I think, if you're gonna stick with a sold colour for the page, you should go with black. It makes the design pop (I know, cos I just tried it lol)

 

Love the background image btw... Very... well, twisted lol

Hi Stu, I like the site, I like the grungy background and the "twisted" typo, The thing I am Having a problem with is the name, Always Twisted counjours up images of being rockstar designers, with Rockstar clients, and then you see a cane furniture restorer, Not very Rock and roll lol.

 

I guess in a nutshell what i am trying to say is your Portfolio name and image does not sit commfortably with your current client base.
