IE6 and IE7 problem with Son of Suckerfish

I have implemented a drop-down menu with the son of a suckerfish method. Unfortunately, the drop down meny doesn't show in IE at all when mouse over. I am exhausted trying to find a fix for this. Does anybody have any information on this? Or even better, a fix?
