A bit of help with a Navbar

Im looking to create a similiar navbar to what is used in the site above. Something I can edit sizes and images and hovers and things with. I've searched for a tutorial or help everywhere and I cant seem to find anything but drop down menus which isnt what im after.

Can anyone lend a helping hand here?

Try looking for jquery menu's, there should be one pretty similar to this.

It could be done in jquery fairly easily, that example however's done in flash (flash isn't good)

Theres a tut here, http://alistapart.com/articles/sprites2 it's not quite the outcome you want, but it's a step in the right direction (:

Not exactly what I was looking for, but thats very useful for spicing it up afterwards. Ty.

Does anyone know of a tutorial, or can show me how to create the sub menus on hover over in the bottom row? Thats what I'm after primarily.

Thats absolutely perfect, If only I'd known what that kind of menu was called, it would have been easier ^_^

Cheers for the help mate, now got a sexy new nav bar.
