Photo Printing

Featured Replies

I've been having some issues printing from Photoshop CS3, and I'm hoping someone can tell me what it is I'm doing wrong. Using a Canon MP610, and trying to print A4 size, I seem to get evenly spaced vertical lines across the entire image, almost as if something is stuck to one of the cartridge heads and is dragging along the paper. I sent the printer back for a service twice, and still got the same result. However, if I print using anything other than Photoshop, my prints come out perfectly. At present I'm using Easy-Photoprint EX which came with the printer. Can anyone,

1. Fill me in on how to adjust print settings in Photoshop?

2. Recommend any good programs for printing digital photos and Photoshop work.

Thanks,

Chris

From my (work) experience I would always check that you have the correct and up to date drivers installed, we have solved many, many printer problems doing this, even if you think you have correct drivers installed, re-install anyway and then take it from there.
