DW CS3

Featured Replies

Hello

I did a course over a year ago in web design and we used DW 6 I think it was. I have just started to try and use DW CS3 and can't figure out how to draw the green and blue layout cells...does CS3 still use them? I gather I will be running into a number of prob like this so if anyone could also recommend somewhere where I can find free online tutorials that would be great!

Hi I am not familiar with DW6 but I do use CS3 from time to time, it sounds like you are wanting to draw tables and if you are planning on using them for layout, its not at all recommended, tables should now only be used for tabular data.

You are better of using div tags to construct your layout with. However if you do need tables for tabular data they are found under the insert menu, and also under the layout menu.
