external content into css wrapper?

Hi, I'm currently working on this site

 

On the blog page I want a blogger account to show in the main wrapper, (much like it would in an html frame)

 

only thing is i really dont want to use frames.

 

is there a way i can do this without using framesets?

I've just tried using a php include:

 

 

but it's not working out quite right yet.

this is using a blog im hosting, but i want to use a www.blogger.com account.

 

is the only way i can do this by puting an include within a DIV container inside my css wrapper?
