i work with dreamweaver to design websites. I have seen a kind of new window which is opened when clicked on. sorry i dont know what its name is.

i attach a link of what i would like to do,

 

my questions is that firstly what is its name?and also how can i do it in dreamweaver or other program.

There are loads of jQuery tools that do this... google "thickbox"
