Help! Banner Rotation

Hi i'm New!

What i need is a Page that has two banners on that rotates differnt links on each banner

For example Banner 1 is on the left and banner 2 on the right and every time i refresh the page the banner's Link is changed ?

i Found a Script on hotscripts but i dont understand it!

ads.txt is missing but it says
