Glue records with 123REG

Hi All,

 

I'm having no end of problems with some new hosting - primarily my emails arent routing to the right place and also, when I try to transfer a clients domain (.com) I'm getting told that the name server I am entering is not registered.

 

The host says I need to enter glue records along with my main domain name - but I cannot find anywhere on 123REG to do this.

 

Anybody know of any way to do it?
