How do you go about using the free templates that are available here and incorporating your own information into them please?

Looks like most of them are Wordpress templates. If you have Wordpress installed on your site, you basically just copy the template folder to /wp-content/themes/ on your webspace. Then log into wordpress, go to the Design tab and you should be able to select it as the site's theme.

 

Because the themes use information from the wordpress database, it will automatically show the relevant company name etc. Any other changes (like if you want to tweak fonts or spacing or whatever) will be done by editing the theme's files by hand.

If you find templates elsewhere that aren't wordpress ones then you could use programs like dreamweaver, to make ammendments and insert your content.
