August 30, 200818 yr e-texteditor is the most TextMate like editor you'll find for windows - Its an excellent app!

August 30, 200818 yr i used dreamweaver cs3 then realised i ws learning to use dreamweaver and not learning html or even XHTML so then i started to use dreamweaver and code by hand its an expensive way but it does show me errors with a change of colour on syntax errors etc but you can get 30 days free trial from adobes website http://www.adobe.com/uk/downloads/
