    If you want complete freedom then you have to learn how to code, or pay (good money) for a developer to create what you want.

    fisicx is right, no such tool exists website builders by their very nature limit what you can do to keep things easy.  They are okay for getting something off the ground quickly, to test a market or something but when things start to scale they will fall down.
