Thanks a lot for your prompt replies,

    @ gadgetgirl -
can you please point me the typos as english is not my first language and any help is greatly appreciated. About the site, it is as you can see a mobile massage service, and the booking system is made in php. Basically, all the therapists and their scheduled are stored in a database and when you go to book, the website dysplays their available time and everything. The error appears after I choose all the details (time, duration, address , massage type, etc) and I have to press BOOK now to save the booking in the system.
    System works like this:
    1. chose therapist, date, duration , time when the massage to start, enter postcode, chose massage type. press NEXT
    2. 2nd page is the logine, if someone has an account they can enter their account details and they go to page 3 or they fill in their name , phone , email and password and an account will be created, taking them to page 3
    3. this is the last step, page 3 of the booking system, you chose your address from a dropdown based on the postcode you entered previously, check on the right side all the details of your booking, price, date bla bla, and you click BOOK to make the booking. Now the problem is that when they click BOOK the error pops up. This is not happening all the time and it only happens mostly in Safary browser.

    Thanks again
    Any help would be great

    Hi all,

I have a problem I think you could help me with. I have this website which uses a php booking system. I don't use cookies or anything but somehow, whenever an Apple user is booking using Safari browser from its ipad or iphone they all get this message in the picture below. Any ideas how to get around it or what can be done? It is getting really frustrating as a lot of people have iphones and ipads these days and not being able to use the booking system makes me lose customers.

Thanks in advance for your help
