    200 pages? does it have a database backend for all that content? Would all the images be defined in that and therefore you can query the database?
     
    there's probably a script out there somewhere or someone else may have a solution already.

    is it your site? do you have the source? If so write yourself a quick PHP program to scan the folder for each page, read them and look for the IMG statments and whether they have an ALT tag.
     
    I assume from your second reply you're wanting a list of all images and their alt tags or do you just want the exceptions? If it's the exceptions then how big is the site? how many pages. Then weigh up just validating every page, reading the output for missing alts and get typing. It may be far quicker/easier than trying to write something bespoke.

    use the w3c validator, that will tell you if an alt tag is missing.
