    As long as the 'copyright information' is in the plugin's js and/or CSS file, it should be fine. Having said that, you could always create a humans.txt

    Not sure I understand your first problem. Your site seems to slide perfectly...?
     
    With regards the swipe effect, you'll need to use one of these libraries: http://www.queness.com/post/11755/11-multi-touch-and-touch-events-javascript-libraries
    And then set it to move to next anchor on swipe.
