Looks like all the effort has gone into the home page, which is ok. The other pages need some dedication as well because they are letting the rest of the website down.
1. The rollover effect on the projects is a bit overkill, espically with that feature panel at the top. I would increase the padding and have an effect around the edge.
2. Footer links dont need to be indented when roll over, its just annoying, simple colour hover is good enough.
3. The services page is very boring - this is your conversion page put some effort into it.
4. Do you really need share buttons on the about and contact pages?
5. 7 page portfolio shows that you have done alot of work - but theres no easy way for me to filter you work for example if I wanted to see your logos/branding work I have to search though all 7 pages. (I see you can filter in the footer, not very obvious, I would incorporate this better onto the portfolio page.
6. Put some effort into your about page, its the first place people will click "We use latest technologies like tableless designs" this means nothing to clients.
7. Get somebody to check your grammar and spelling as well. Your home page says "RECENT WORKS" without the S?
8. form - does it need project details and upload document? I suggest you give a download or questions for people to answer will filter out the bad clients.
9. valid email required on the contact form, why not just use * after e-mail.
Overall its a decent website, clean and simple - could be improved though
