I must agree with the previous comments regarding the stock photos. Your site needs to reflect some more personality. After all modern marketing is all about creating relations with your customers. Just look at all your social icons in the sidebar. Nobody wants to connect with a stock image. Place some images on the page of real representatives from the organization just as they come. It will make the business looks much more authentic.
Color scheme looks fine but again maybea little conform and impersonal. Does it match your audience’s preferences?

Because not everyone has an iPhone? Looking on my iPod I can only guess the header is not wide enough and something explicit is required for iPhone safari.
