I am pretty new to CSS, its quite easy to end up overcomplicating the code, I was used to using mainly design view for layout, still brushing up on the code side of things, plan to take a look at the navigation bar over the next day or so to simplify it.
 
Was thinking of around £400, would like to do a reasonably good job for that so I will work through the CSS and code and try and neaten it up.
