Portfolio Help

Hi All,
I'm currently having a strange bug occurrence with my portfolio which occurs in Google Chrome.
If you use the navigation at the top to go to selected part of my website, the title does not appear, but when you click on it again, the section re-adjusts downwards slightly in order to display the title.
Originally, the plan was to have a use click on the navigation and then be shown to the relevant section straightaway with the title displaying itself.
Does this all make sense?
Where is this problem coming from? and how can I fix it?
Any help will be most appreciated.

Hello All,
Gosh! It really has been a while since I last posted here (missed you all!!), I've just recently re-designed my website/ online porfolio and there are still more examples to add to the work section.
