To be honest with you MCR has given you a great quote in terms of price AND time. I can't see anyone being able to get this out to you for much cheaper and for less time. Although the physical time spent will be a couple of days it still would most likely be spread out over a period of time. Certain aspects will need your approval before they can go any further, things like that.
