Some companies indicate job skills criteria so they have some focus on the type of person they will hire. Sometimes if the interviewer finds out your skills falls slightly below their requirements, they may still decide to hire you for the job. Some companies consider the manner you interact with your team, how you manage your workflow. And once you are hired, along the way they know you can further improve on your skills. Hi Rosey,
The inputs posted earlier in this thread are very good and helpful. Just to add, I think it would help that you fortify your knowledge in the web, some technical stuff and backend works. Along the way you will be working with lots of people or hiring people to get your business going. And if you have added knowledge about the web, you could gauge if the people you're working with have the right skills or not or they are taking your site to the direction you want.
