Sitemap XML for BIG websites
25 January 2012 - 02:32 PM
Hi all! Wow, been a while since I posted on here ....
Does anyone have any idea of some server side software that will automatically generate a new sitemap.xml file (and automatically remove from the XML if a page is deleted) for websites with over 10,000 pages?
With over 10,000 that means likely index files with GZIP sitemap.xmls will be required, so this functionality is also important.
If anyone has ideas, would love to hear them.
Found a few already, but wanted more ideas!
Thanks in advance! -
I am a man in need ... of a .NET CMS
10 June 2011 - 03:50 PM
Hi all!
How long since I last posted? The new layout looks insane - nice job!
Any hoo, I need a .NET/SQL CMS that can just plug in and play nice (and SEO friendly) with a .NET technology infrastructure.
Can anyone make any suggestions regarding a good, reliable CMS with excellent SEO capabilities (by that I mean, tangible URLs, friendly URLS, editable meta data, canonical adjustment etc etc) that they think is good. Going to be used as a blogging.
Thanks very much peeps, looking forward to getting the feedback!
Dave
