My main domain has https installed, I run all my test sites in sub directories...
    Should be fixed now...??!!

That error has gone but you seem to have lost your jQuery library include.

Funny how IE kicks up a fuss yet the more 'forward thinking' browsers just render it anyways!! You'd think it be the other way around.
It's also strange how it wasn't giving me this issue on my PC?!

I hope it's resolved now anyway.. waiting to hear from client.

Seems to be an issue in IE9 now, probably this: <!--[if lt IE 9]><script src="http://html5shiv.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/html5.js"></script><![endif]-->

Wonder why you are running it on https anyway when it is not necessary (https is slower that http)

To avoid issues with CSS in development and releasing, append your CSS file with a query parameter like xxxxxx.css?v=1

Each time you make major changes, just increase the version number, the browser will think it is a different file (to the cached version) and reload it.

As for the issue, I saw the same thing with IE9 running in IE8 mode (using F12 developer tools) - this was because of a security warning (see bottom of screen), once I clicked show all content it displayed fine. Maybe this is the same issue he sees in actual IE8, but either closes the warning or doesn't see the message like it is shown in IE9.Look at your mix of http includes if on a https domain.

    Thanks for your reply,

That's my problem really I Dont know if I just need to spend more on adwords or improve the site.

Renaissance design yes think your completely right, I do need to be seen as a helping guide/adviser rather then just trying to sell the contracts. I need to be seen as on the customers side rather just trying to profit out of them. Just implementing this is harder than it seems, any ideas?

When you say my site looks bland do you mean in terms of design or I require more marketing spiel like better product description/photos?

    Any suggests would be appreciated?

    Best Regards

    Joe

Renaissance is right, this is even more so for a product like this which involves a contract rather than just a one of sale. This is where you need a proper brand design, there is nothing wrong with the site in the general sense of design but it has no personality - it could be one of millions already out there, there is nothing unique about it. to be honest, it looks cheap.

The other thing that put me off right away is the 2 main ads on the home page - 1 the Samsung goes to a page where the product is not even listed, 2 the iPhone ad on O2 network goes though to iPhones, but not on the O2 network. Immediately this seems amateurish and the trust is lost.

Good advice above. Also use something like http://wordpress.org...ackupwordpress/ to backup the whole site + DB before making any serious updates. Then you always have a complete fall back position anyway.
