    However, that's a very quick and dirty way of doing it which will go wrong if there isn't an even number of links in the array. Something like this would be better:

    $total = count($links);
foreach ($links as $key => $link) {  
        $linkurl=$link->link_url;
        $linkname=$link->link_name;
	if($key % 2 == 0){
		echo "<ul>\n";
	}
	echo "<li><a href=\"".$linkurl."\" target=\"_blank\"><h5>".$linkname."</h5></a></li>\n";
	if($key % 2 == 1 || ($key + 1) == $total){
		echo "</ul>\n";
	}
}

    48kg not to bad :) I was doing 30 yesterday, 3 sets of 10 reps.
    Ill let you know next week what Im on haha going gym loads atm (hopefully sticks like that) Ima try beat your weight bench! muahaha this is insentive for you to bench higher 2 lol
