  1. What techniques/software are used to make sites like this?

    Hello everyone,

    I am interested in starting an ecommerce store which eventually will have the capability for users to place an image they have uploaded, position, and size. I will then print that image onto the product and send it to them.

    Can anybody suggest who best to contact regarding something like this? Is it something an everyday web designer can achieve or something a little more expensive? :)

    ...and if possible a brief explaination of how they would go about creating such a site.
