About Me

Career wise I'm a bit lost at present.

I graduated in 2003 with a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering and spent 5 miserable years working in Construction. Since having my daughter 2 years ago and the recession hitting, I have been unable to get freelance work in construction.

I came into website design & coding by accident by offering to do a website for a friend. Since then I've got work off the back of that original website. It's forced me into learning, quick, but I'm surprised at how addictive I find it.

Time will tell if I stick with it, but for the time being, I'm in a happy place...
