Your project looks like a particularly interesting one, I look forward to having the chance to talk to you about it, in the mean time I think it is best that introduce myself.

I am a 22 year old website developer based in West Yorkshire, England. For the past 5 years I have either been studying or working within website development, and for the last 18 months I have been getting commercial experience. I have worked on brands that are recognised high street retailers and also smaller sites.

My skill set is based around PHP, mySQL + AJAX, these 3 technologies would be the ideal platform to get your quoting system of the ground. I would love to hear further details from you on the project, what kind of timescale or you looking at? What kind of budget do you have? Are you wanting a full site to go along with the system or is this an add on to an existing site?

What is with people coming on here and wanting something for pretty much nothing, you wouldn't go to a car showroom with amount of cash you offering and except a top of the range car would you? No! Then don't do it for websites either!!!
