    Also, my templates are 620px wide, I've read that you should try and stick to 600px. So would I have many issues with a width of 620px?

    Yeah I think outlook and Hotmail might be an issue. I read in one of the above links that Outlook reverted back to a previous bit of software, which wasn't compatible with CSS. Incidentally, I've got a display issue in Outlook (and Hotmail).
