I have a side bar which I want to only allow certain widgets to be placed within it, is it possible to limit the amount of widgets available to add to the sidebar?

After shouting at my screen for a few days, I've finally finished v1.0 of the WP theme I wanted to create. I'm planning on tidying up the code on the theme soon, I want to get it clean enough to give it away for anyone that might wish to use it.

Feedback welcomed - Site Review

I'm creating this WordPress theme I'm using four main divs and one wrapper. I've placed all the section inside the wrapper as absolute positioning so they don't effect each other if people add extra sidebar content footer menus and so forth.

I'm asking from a markup point of view is this overkill or might there be a more natural way to layout the content within a div without destroying the flow, like I believe I'm doing.

I'm interested in getting feedback on this design I'm working on, positive and negative welcomed
