We just had some pages on our website translated to Russian The problem is that it seems okay when viewing with IE but when we view through Firefox all we get is a mess of garbled characters. Does anyone know where the problem lies? Thanks

Check the character set used for the pages, currently you're using UTF-8 and windows-1251.

But Russian as far as I'm aware uses koi8-r and iso-8859-5

mixing windows-1251 and UTF-8 is the problem.

Try to change everything to UTF-8 and there should be no problems :yr:

Try to select cyrilic encoding. Start from windows-1251..
