ffiles.com. It's not a tutorial site, but a site which allows you to download user contributed flash files which you can take apart and see how they were made. The quality of the content and community are both much better than I have seen on other sites.

When I learned flash I only wanted to produce games as I prefer to use css / xhtml for all of my web work.

I found cartoonsmart to be amazing for games and drawing
