Trying to find a free tool that is simple to use. Been unsuccessful so far. Tried all the usual suspects, Flash, Premiere, and they're as user friendly as I remember (not at all). Premiere's export has a horrible dithered look despite hitting maximum quality. Flash and their symbols nonsense, pass, thank you.

There are converters out there for image sequences (that's what I got) but I also need to add a logo on top, so I need a tool that has layers. Most of the simple free tools out there are leagues ahead of Adobe in terms of simplicity of use but that's the one point I'm falling down on.

Anybody got any suggestions?

There are lot of animation tools, such as  easy paint tool, painter, flas professional. But for perfection I prefer companies of graphic designing  in raipur. So that I can get the best results from the professional.

If you want to create the animated Gif in Photoshop then you have to follow some steps. And if you are looking for a free tool then I would suggest you to use this website https://imgflip.com/images-to-gif . Its easy to make gif here both from images and videos.

I only use Adobe After Effects for any kind of animations. If you’re looking for something simple then it wouldn’t be good for you. Try gimp maybe?

If you want to create a simple GIF animation from a screen capture try LICEcap

http://www.cockos.com/licecap/

Found it very useful for illustrative animations for little tutorials.

Using Adobe Photoshop you can make a gif file from a video within minutes. Open Adobe Photoshop and from file menu option click import videos to layers. Select the video file you want to convert into a gif format.
