just looking for some feedback on a new site me and my mate have been working very hard on, the design is a template, but with the creators permission im going to slowly modify it for my needs. Ill look forward to your feedback.

It's hard to give any criticism when the only thing you have changed is the logo?

I agree with this. It is just a template with the logo swapped out from what I can see. Maybe if you provided a list of the specific areas you have modified, we can then look at those areas and advise.

It would also be good to get some background information on what the website was for, who it is aimed at etc.. So we can critique your website based on the fulfilment of its vrief and not just comment on the shininess of the graphics

Template aside and looking at the content I think it could be better written for example:

A poor gamer in New Taipei was found dead in an Internet Cafe, the gamer Chen Rong-yu paid for 23 hours of play in the Local internet cafe to play League of Legends, but sadly passed (WORD MISSING) whilst doing so, it took 9 hours before a waitress had realised that the unfortunate guy had passed (ANOTHER WORD MISSING). I find it very strange how no one realised that I (I?) guy wasn’t moving or maybe they thought he was asleep. The cause of the death was cardiac arrest, brought on by blood clots, so just a quick reminder out there for all you gamers take frequent breaks or go for a jog or something to keep you alive whilst playing.


Just read it through a couple of times before you post it or better still get someone else too!

Hi guys cheers for taking yout time, haven't changed the theme too much as im waiting for a reply for the owner, wasn't sure what I was able to change etc. And on the spelling errors my bad lol, back to english for me

I like the fact that the background remains constant instead of moving according to where you scroll (on some sites it gets very confusing when big backgrounds move up & down).
