What part of the site is secure enough to accept credit card details? You say on the site "We have a 24 hour security protection on this site", what 24 hour security would that be?

Do customers really have to add up the total costs themselves & make a payment?

In all honesty no-one is going to buy anything from this site, you are using a free online form builder for the "checkout", this wont instill confidence.

With all due respects I cba to type to critique that as there is a lot wrong. IF you're not a developer/designer - hire one! :)

Forcing users to add up the cost of their order themselves - well, that's a huge fail and a sure fire way to turn customers away unfrotunately.YOu should sort that out straight away. Never though I;d say it, but a simple buy now paypal button would be more useable than what you have now.
