Can anyone tell me where I would begin with a banner like this?

Hello everyone,
I am designing a website and my client wants a banner like the one on the Rag and Bone website. It scrolls across the whole screen. Please take a look at this link and let me know what you think. I'm not really much of a developer but I need to produce this banner or something very similar.

Why not try and customise a template like this?

This one might not be ideal but have a look through the templates on themeforest and I'm sure you'll find something similar.

That theme is really nice, I'll remember this in the future. I have found a link to the developers site that built the banner and its available as a download so I think its just a matter of styling it how I need it. Thanks a lot Ash.
