Hi guys,

I am trying to decide which free invoicing service to go with, both http://tradeshift.com/ and http://www.billingboss.com/ look good, has anyone tried these services? any other FREE recommendations?.

Having looked through the forum it seems most of you guys prefer direct bank transfer for taking payments, I know both of the above invoicing services will take payments via an online gateway like sage or paypal but I dont know whether you can set-up direct bank transfers with them.

Do you guys just use services like these to send invoices for your clients/and your records and then provide your bank account details seperately for taking payments?
Probably a stupid question but do you send your bank account details via email or a letter by post?

tia,

Andy

I put my bank details on the invoice and just send it them PDF format in an email or by post.

I'm moving into SEO this year though and will need a easy way to set up monthly payments. I might move into paypal.

Thankyou for the advice steve. Regarding monthly payments both tradeshift and billing boss allow you to setup recurring monthly payments and take payments via your paypal account, thats why I was so interested in them.
