Hi Guys!

Seeing as you all (or most) of you are working for a company doing some sort of Web Work, or own a Web Design company and conduct the interviews. I would like to ask what the interview process is like?

Need advice as I have an interview soon for an Undergraduate Placement.

Thanks!

No idea.

but best tip I can give for any sort of interview is interview them as well.

Ask them questions. Something like "if someone screws up in your department how do you deal with it..."

I've given interviews and it is so much more impressive to have someone like that than someone who will ask nothing. Its like they are not serious or do not want to be there.

Ask what the department does, ask what the interviewers role in the department is, ask if your allowed to take your shows off in the office if you're stuck... it shows your thinking about being part of the team ect.
