Ecommerce website trouble! Need some ecommerce software-once off payment + easy editing

I have been asked to take over an online shop. It has to be developed from scratch and i am looking for some software example shopify.com where I
can simply log in, edit my site and manage orders. Ideally i'd like to have a once off payment software. I have some dreamweaver knowledge but dont know much about ecommerce sites. I would appreciate any suggestions or help!! thanks in advance
