Get rid of the flash website for a start...

Google cannot read the content of your website in flash. It may as well be empty.

Yes :D

There are 100's of capable people here.

If you don't know how to fix a boiler phone a plumber, if you don't know how to build a wall call a builder, if you don't know how to build a website call a web designer. :)

Anyone can install wordpress and play around with it though. The gap between an amateur one though and a professional one is quite obvious.

If it was me, I'd change to wordpress.

It makes on page SEO a LOT easier.

Flash is a big no no if you ask me. I agree with the posters above.

Finally, Once your on page SEO is sorted out, invest in high quality link building campaign. (Off page SEO)

Hope that helps a little.

Flash is a SEO nightmare, you can defeat Google though which people have failed to mention, you can provide a text version of your website with merely just text, that way Google can least read what you got on it. Further more with flash sites you can successfully rank them if you link build.

Build Quality links to your site with good Anchor text and your site will climb, however another site with equal links which uses HTML site you won't over come that unless your links are better.

On page Optimisation is important, but off page optimsiation can be used to overcome a lot of these issues, Don't go spamming your links to less relevant sites otherwise Google will punish you more.

But if you are serious, move away from Adobe Flash.. It's 1 rubbish, 2 hell, and 3 dead.

I was in the same situation before 6 months for one of my in-house website, I reached till 2 page, but was not able to get into 1 page, then I started placing into some high traffic websites & link exchange and increased content in to the website. It took more 2 months to reach at top 10 ranking.

Yep many people under estimate the power of links, and those who value links over do it :p
