Ideally i am looking for a free Content Management System/Blog that will automatically forward posts to Twitter and Facebook. It would also be beneficial if it is easily integrated to a website, however this is not vital.

Any blog that creates RSS Feeds then use http://twitterfeed.com to post it to Twitter and Facebook
