Hi there,

To be completely honest its not great.

  • I would probably increase the width of the site, as monitor resolution improves your site will start to feel lost.
  • Im not a fan of the site being left-aligned.
  • Loose the shadow on the follow us buttons.
  • Background gradient is way to strong, keep it subtle.
  • Improve the formatting on the text, by this I mean the colours and sizes for headings, bold ect. Add some colour to your links to let the user know that it is in fact a link and not text.

A few things to work on, but don't feel bad about it all.

One additional thing to point out. Is this site really the best way to gather a portfolio together? It seems that the whole site is focused towards a free 4 page website. Don't get me wrong, this could be the whole intention but after you have built up your portfolio you will need to re-develop your website, get a new domain, get back in touch with your clients ect. What you can do is setup a strong portfolio and keep adding to it, add promotions such as free websites or charity sites and focus on building up your skillset in the meantime.

As for me, there is not any design at your website, I advice you to use any free theme or read more info about trands in webdesign. Because now I see the page that was created 10 years ago. Sorry, if i offend you. I just really want to help you.
