I also echo the sentiment from Pasha4ur about it looking like a webasite built a few years.

When I think about a ink website, the basic theme of color and splashes of ink would have been nice etc.

Also if the .popularprinters did not have the dashed border, it makes it look so much better.

On a legal note, im not sure your allowed to have 'Epson' in the website address, but im no legal eagle.

Hello

So:
Really outdated layout imo ()
Weird structure, looks chaotic
Readability
container bg in that case should cover whole body

These were just some general pointers, redesign the structure (use grid it really helps if you're not sure what you're doing), gold black and white can go really well together, but you should rethink how to use them here, hope that helps.
