If you gave to it ctrl -. This is the resolution I want to obtain.

Can somebody help me with this issue?

Google this: Fluid width layout

Remember that if a page is totally fluid it has to stretch to 1920px wide or more and down to about 240px wide for small hand-held devices, so using min-width and max-width for a page container is a good idea, or using "responsive web design".
