Hi,
Another Magento question - have hit a dead end here unfortunately.
I have an item that has discounted price showing within the categoiry listing page - the discount should not be there.
The item itself has no discount price within the admin area or is part of any pricing rules either - although there's a possibility it could have been in the past before I inherited the site. However, in the current pricing rules I can;t see anything that affect this.
Can anyone suggest anything else to try? I seem to have 4 rogue seperate products doing this.
Ta
Rob

Hi Rob,
Have you rebuilt the indexes from shell? this might throw up errors that are not reported to the admin panel.

In case anyone comes across this, I actually solved it.
From the admin area I clicked all the "Reindex Data" links one by one and then cleared the cache.
Not sure why that didn't work last week, but it solved the issue

Check the product in question, and check the "price" tab.. have you filled in, special price?
This is the field below the price field.

If you read the thread this has been solved ages ago
The special price was the first place I looked. A random reindexing of the data seemed to solve it.
