I'm currently researching reseller accounts as I'd really like to be able to offer a whole service to my clients (design, development and hosting).
What I'm looking for is a contract outline, something that I can create a solid contract out of before I offer these services. I'm obviously wary of offering hosting without some sort of contract in place.
Has anyone got something like this that I can work from?

I'm currently using a US company called JustHost, but we experience sporadic down-time and have, on occasion, had all our clients sites go down due to "scheduled maintenance" which we weren't informed of. So I'd avoid them...
There are loads out there though, I recently read a post about hosting companies (I assume most offer reseller packages), let me try and find it...
EDIT: got it - Rate Your Hosting Company

Thanks for the reply and link. I've spied a company to use - it's more about contracts that I need to get client to sign. I don't know what's going to be watertight should I experience any problems and obviously I don't want to end up being a support hotline either.

I totally understand your point. HOWEVER, if you are going to get into the hosting side of things you have to expect this.
Every new customer I sign up asks about 20-30 questions at least in the first few days, then it usually calms down. And these are what I would class as 'low-maintenance'.
I guess it's just par for the course with web hosting. You do need to cover your butt with some well thought out t's and c's that's for sure. Customers can be quite hard especially in this current climate and one thing I've noticed is how quick people are to moan about their host provider to whoever will listen (forums twitter you name it) at the first hint of a problem.
Tread very carefully that's all I will say.
I don't have contracts as such but all customers have to agree to the terms and conditions before the order is completed. Maybe you could use a similar thing and send it as a PDF?
