Anywhere really but uk is best

Scope:

We do not have a website yet as we are a new company. At the main page we would like to give a choice of consumer products or industrial products also a log in for our ambassadors to receive sample discounts.
It needs to have a shopping cart as we have many products which can be purchased online. We would like an area for product range, news feed/events, stockists and a gallary. We would like it to be connected to a facebook/twitter/youtube account.

Not sure

Time Frame:
ASAP but if a page can be left up displaying our numbers and emails and a summary until the site is finished

Budget:

around £1000-1500

Shopping cart to allow folk to buy online, a discount code also and a login for ambassadors to see our samples that are available to purchase
