Good afternoon all and happy Friday...13th?

I am hoping someone will have the answer to this question...

I have a gallery page on a car/limo hire site and I wanted to upload some pictures to it. Some of the pictures are of people that have used the company in the past, so question is...Can I? Or is there a some sort of law where I need to get the people's permission first?

Any tips/advise would be much appreciated,

All would depend on what was written in the initial contract they signed when the images were taken. If you specifically said something like "By signing this contract, you agree that we may use some of these images for advertising and marketing purposes" then that is fine, go ahead.

If you mentioned nothing than you would need permission from the people in the photo.

Of course, this does all depend on how the photos were taken, in what context, are their faces visible, was it private or public land etc etc
